We are happy to offer a complimentary, virtual consultation powered by DMEngage for orthodontic treatment in our office. Simply follow the link below and submit your information and a few photos. You'll be asked about your treatment goals and whether you prefer our Fairlawn or Medina location.

A virtual smile consultation with our Treatment Coordinators and doctors will last approximately 30 minutes. The initial visit will include a review of dental and medical history and discussion of your smile goals and concerns. You will receive a review all your images and outline your treatment options. After you have a thorough understanding of your personalized treatment options we will review the financial details and schedule you to begin your smile journey!
