We are happy to offer a complimentary, virtual consultation powered by DMEngage for orthodontic treatment in our office. Simply follow the link below and submit your information and a few photos. You'll be asked about your treatment goals and whether you prefer our Fairlawn or Medina location.

A virtual smile consultation with our Treatment Coordinators and doctors will last approximately 30 minutes. The initial visit will include a review of dental and medical history and discussion of your smile goals and concerns. Either Dr. Zach Mellion or Dr. Alex Mellion will review all your images with you and outline your treatment options. After you have a thorough understanding of their personalized treatment options we will review the financial details and schedule you to begin your smile journey!
